4 结 论
(1) 重熔-急冷组织的细化是1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢表面抗腐蚀性能提高的原因。 (2) 微束等离子弧重熔是一种操作简单,且非常有效的表面处理方法。通过3 A、5 A微束等离子弧重熔,1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢表面抗腐蚀性能显著提高。 (3) 重熔热影响区的抗腐蚀性不及重熔层由重熔热循环作用,出现贫铬区所致。
